A great arena with excellent atmosphere and not a bad seat in the house. The only bad thing was the popcorn was burnt. Otherwise, an amazing gameday experience

Beautiful modern stadium located on the University of Maryland, College Park campus. The sight lines are beautiful. The college also hosts various concerts and events here.

If there is anyone capable of turning around a customer experience, it’s Jorge B. What initially felt like it could become an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating interaction was completely transformed by his professionalism, emotional intelligence, and exceptional customer service. He stepped in, quickly understood the situation, communicated everything clearly, and resolved what could have easily become a misunderstanding with confidence and ease. Jorge has a rare ability to make customers feel heard without making anyone else look bad. He brings clarity where there is confusion and professionalism where it matters most. The entire transaction became smooth, efficient, and stress-free because of his leadership. Quite honestly, Jorge shouldn’t just be managing a single location—he has the qualities of a regional leader. He is an incredible asset to the company and deserves to be recognized accordingly. Employees like Jorge are the reason customers return and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Jorge, for turning the experience around. You set the standard for what outstanding customer service should look like.

Had the pleasure of attending graduation for the engineering school. The facility itself is great but getting in and out is not the best. Parking spaces are also almost a foot narrower standard so my car got door dinged on each side.
