I just finished replacing the siding on my house with Unicorp. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The salesman, Alex, laid out a variety of options and answered my questions with no pressure. After I had made my decisions they were able to source the materials and start the project within a few weeks. Actual work on the house took about a week. The project manager, JR, checked in every day to make sure everything was going smoothly and really went above and beyond. I was recovering from foot surgery and JR helped with both related and unrelated tasks - moving my car to make room for the dumpster in my driveway, taking down and then rehanging pictures on the outside walls, and even taking my trash and recycling to the street on pick-up day! I would absolutely work with Unicorp again on future projects.

My experience with UNICORP was nothing short of excellent—a true trifecta of competitive pricing, clear communication, and professional execution. Their quote for a siding replacement was the most competitive among certified James Hardie contractors, and the contract was thorough and transparent. The final price was honored with no surprises after completion. The crew was skilled, professional, and hardworking, keeping the site clean and handling weather delays carefully by protecting exposed areas. The crew chief was on site daily, and the project manager checked in regularly, always responsive and easy to work with. We’re extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend UNICORP.

My wife and I recently used Unicorp to replace 20 windows and the front door of my home. Brian was incredibly patient as he supported us in making design decisions. He worked to make sure we were getting maximum value out of our budget for the project. The installers we skilled and dealt with some odd aspects of our 1955 home with great skill and attention to detail. The work was completed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction.

I am so glad that I found out about Unicorp! They were recommended to us by our next door neighbors who also got their windows replaced. From the thorough initial in-home consult, to the excellent communication and absolutely no-pressure follow ups, to receiving the quote, I was feeling really good about Brian and his team. Once we decided to move forward, I felt in great hands. Brian assured me and answered all of my questions (I had a LOT). He was responsive both with email and phone calls. Installation was earlier than expected which was a nice bonus! Brian's team, including Pawel, Marek, and Cori were all fantastic! Special shout out to Pawel for his above-and-beyond service and commitment to our project.
