Kai MclemoreFany should not be a teller, she cannot read nor do simple math. Every single time I come to bring a deposit bag and change order she cannot count it. Change order is clearly written and she gets it wrong every single time. She has shorted me multiple times and I’ve had to correct her, and make sure I got the correct change back. It’s tiring going to this location when she’s the only teller and I have to make sure my money is correct because she truly doesn’t understand simple math.

S or T KimSometimes a representative's call to a main location for an approval may put on waiting much longer than expected due to extra steps... Sacrificing one's own lunch for customer service is the most valuable thing I've received from Ms Linet when I direly needed Thank you very much

Infini InToday my encounter with Truist Branch Leader; David Diaz was a game-changer in my banking experience. David's commitment to customer service is unparalleled. Not only did he assist me in updating my account, but his dedication went beyond the norm. David took the initiative to call me post-visit, to educate and explain the features/advantages of the Truist One Accounts. His insights were invaluable, and his ability to explain complex features in a clear and concise manner was commendable. This level of personalized service and proactive communication set David apart from my experiences at other branches. His genuine interest in ensuring I fully grasped the enhancements to my account left me feeling not just like a customer, but a valued one. If you're seeking a banking professional who goes above and beyond, David is the epitome of excellence. Truist is fortunate to have such a dedicated manager, and I highly recommend seeking his assistance for an unparalleled banking experience.
