Ashley MoscosoI had such a great experience at Starbucks today! I went through the drive-thru to pick up my mobile order, and the baristas were incredibly nice and welcoming right from the start. Everything was ready quickly and handled so smoothly, which I really appreciated. What made the visit extra special was how thoughtful they were—they noticed my pets in the car and offered them pup cups without me even having to ask! Such a sweet and unexpected gesture that absolutely made my day. It’s clear they go above and beyond for their customers (and their furry companions too). I’ll definitely be back!

Cymphonic Inc.This is my favorite location. I love the two morning managers. One I've known for many years (exceeding 10 years). She is a little, mini package of power, sweetness and kindness. The other is Sarah. I'm just getting to know her more from her service which is top notch! I order from this location most often because of the quality care I receive under the direction of Sarah. It's clear to me that the staff imitates management's example. It's almost like the golden rule "do unto others as you'll have them do unto you." Sarah is kind, attentive, she's a great morning person who greets you with warmth, recalls your order each time she sees you, and addresses complaints with a goal to resolve the matter and keep you as a happy Starbucks consumer. Her team smiles when I see them, they all seem happy and extend the same level of care. As a manager myself, I love seeing it. I wanted to write this review to thank Sarah for her kindness and good managerial skills and to thank her team (whoever works under her on the days she's in and when I order) for their kindness and quality care that they extend to me and all those whom they serve. Not to mention the pup cups I get each time I pick up an order! They treat my babies with such kindness! It's not an easy job and for all those who don't say thank you- I'll say it for them. Thank you, thank you and thank you again for your hard work, great customer service skills and for the products you prepare and provide.

beyondTabubeautifully renovated space. massive windows lets in lots of light even on rainy days. staff were busy but managed it well and had my order ready within minutes of me placing it. parking is plentiful and it’s a one way, so that keeps traffic moving around drive thru.
