I rarely do reviews but I had to do it for this experience. I recently opened with Secu after having fraud issues with a previous financial company which never got fixed i decided it’s time to go to a real bank and went here. I did have some issues on my secu account at first which wasn’t on me so i decided to come to this branch instead for help and i got helped by a very nice worker named Elijah O. The costumer service was great and everything got explained to me perfectly and fully resolved. Also was provided a banking paperwork with a secu folder which i didn’t receive initially when opening the new accounts in the owings mills branch. I will be coming to this branch from now on! I hope my experience with Secu credit union continues to be great and hopefully will be banking with this company for a while. 🙂

I received excellent service today from Mr. Jude Ephraim. I had a complicated situation with my debit card and Mr. Ephraim went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved through his being persistence. I really appreciate the manner in which he engaged with me in understanding how important this matter was to me. I have his business card already. I am glad that having a person such as him that provides the type of service that a member needs is very important. Keep him, as we need more of his type.
