Anderson OleguerStopped by Rita’s recently and Carolyn gave amazing customer service. She was very welcoming, polite, and made the whole experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in. She handled everything quickly while still being friendly and attentive. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Definitely coming back again! Thank you Carolyn 😁♥️

C CThe location of this Rita’s is super convenient and it offers an array of flavor options! I’d like to acknowledge the cashier who rang me, but she would not tell me her name. I actually don’t know why. I’d love to further talk with a manager so that I can give her name and a full review of my experience, which was a good one. I welcome a chat with the manager.

Brandon NewmanMy first time having Rita’s! I was told Rita’s is a staple in the area, and now I know why. The Italian ice was so nice and dense, demonstrating high quality. I got half Mango, half Blue Raspberry. I thought they’d just put one on the bottom half and one on the top half (the lazy way to do it), but it was actually split vertically so it looked cool and gave me the option to have both flavors at once. I also tried the Island Fusion, and I’d say Mango is a little better. There are also so many ways to mix Italian ice with custard if that’s what you’re into, and all the options looked very yummy. On top of all that, the price is actually reasonable: under $5 for a large! The service was also great, and they answered questions and even asked me if I wanted a sample of multiple flavors. The atmosphere is what you’d expect of a walk-up custard kind of place. It gives an old fashioned vibe that says it’s been a classic for awhile. Instant 5 stars!
