Ed and Nick are phenomenal! We had a claim worked on and paid with these fine gents and it went smooth and easy. Such great teamwork shown from this business. Highly suggest giving them a checkout for assistance with vehicle repairs! Thank you very much Nick and Ed!

I am very satisfied with the repair that was done to my truck. I had an emergency that morning on my way to work with the exhaust system. I looked at my phone and Google the nearest repair shop near my location. I called to set up an appointment for the repair, which makes this so convenient. It’s right across the street from The College Park Metro Station I dropped my truck off around 9:30 A.m. and picked it up the same day around 2:30. I am so happy I’m back on the road again and didn’t miss any time from work. I would recommend this shop anytime. Quality work at a fair price.

I read reviews on Reddit and online and I found this place outside DC and I’m very satisfied and glad I chose this place. The customer service and service work were excellent. I talked to Doug and Nick. Doug has over 50 years of experience and Nick was very honest and helpful in explaining the issues during the service check with the catalytic converter and brakes. Around 6 people work at the shop and they even sent a thank you card. I can’t recommend them enough.

I can't recommend Pugh's garage enough. Recently I brought in my car to diagnose a weird noise, and to replace a control arm that a previous mechanic said urgently need to be replaced and was going to cost $3,000. Mechanics at Pugh's quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue causing the noise, and also were honest with me about the control arm and said that it didn't need to be replaced. Years ago, I brought my old car in to Pugh's and it was not salvageable. One of the mechanics very kindly volunteered to go with me to the dealership to check out a new car and negotiate for a better price. Really cannot recommend this shop enough. Honest, reliable, and quality work.
