Alexis, a young lady at the front counter assisting with permit applications and uploading documents and such is a wonderful, wonderful young lady and very knowledgeable about the proces. She is patient with the public and always willing to help. If this office had three more of her, this process wouldn't be so daunting and frustrating.

The Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement has been a pleasure to work with. Everyone has been very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I must single out one employee who has really gone the extra mile to help us through the permitting process, Mr. Shimeles Kebede| of the Site/Road Plan Review Division. He has freely shared his knowledge and expertise. His suggestions have helped us make some improvements to our design that will result in a much better project.
