Quaneshia MarsPop, Scoops, & Dough is such a gem in College Park! The desserts are fresh, flavorful, and made with care — from the warm dough and creamy ice cream to the delicious popcorn. They also have great drink options like milkshakes, matcha, hot chocolate, coffee, and signature lattes. I love that it’s Black-owned, the shop was very clean, and the hospitality was a 10/10. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to! 🍪🍦✨

Will ParkerWhat a nice hidden gem. I had just left the doctor and it was national donut day today so I stepped into pop, scoops, and dough in College Park and fell in love. This place is really really nice. Customer service was amazing. The donuts melt in your mouth and to top it all I left with a free strawberries smoothie that was refreshing on a 93° day. Thank you so much. I will be back again for sure. Thank you so much.

Sydney McCallExperience was amazing! Our first time in and it felt like we were regulars. The hospitality is outstanding and they truly care for their customers. We talked it up for a good 15 minutes while ordering and on top of that the food is amazing. The donuts are perfect bite size for those craving a small sweet treat and the popcorn offers salty, sweet, spicy, and savory flavors for everyone. Highly recommend the Pumpkin cloud mini donut and the Ethiopian popcorn flavor. Also offers matcha which is so good and tons of ice cream flavors. Everything is super affordable with the popcorn size pictured as the smallest being about $5 and the largest size being $13-$20. The half dozen donuts are only $9 and a dozen is $15. Highly recommend!

Aderinsola Dawodu (Solo)Pop Scoops & Dough is the kind of place that just makes you happy. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love behind everything they serve. As a Black family-owned business, every treat feels homemade and made with care. I’m officially hooked on the Biscoff milkshake and the mini croffles—they’re absolutely incredible. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

Jackie M10/10 experience! Ice cream was some of the best I’ve ever had! As soon as me and my friends walked in they were very welcoming, gave us samples to whatever flavor ice cream we wanted to try, & gave free fresh samples of their mini donuts. They were genuinely nice people and you can tell care a lot about this company. It’s a must visit.
