I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience with Laser Essential. I’ve been a client since November 2017 and even after all these years, I’m still going strong with them. When I moved from Boston, I was honestly nervous about finding a new clinic I could trust, but Keith and Dr. Thomas made that transition effortless. From day one, they treated me like family. Not only are their prices and packages incredibly reasonable, but the results I’ve had have truly been life-changing. As someone with PCOS and hirsutism, dealing with excessive hair growth especially on my face was something that deeply affected my confidence. After years of consistent treatments (about 9 years total), my hair growth has almost completely stopped. At this point, I only need 2–3 maintenance sessions a year. My results have been nothing short of amazing, which is why I’ve continued expanding my treatments and now I pretty much laser my entire body. The confidence I have today is something I genuinely don’t think I’d have without Dr. Thomas and the care I’ve received here. If you’re considering laser hair removal, this is your sign. I’ve been a customer of Laser Essential for over 10 years—chin/neck, underarm, and Brazilian areas. I appreciate their price point and fantastic results time and time again. I keep coming back because of the results and customer service. Results last a long time and when I come back, they are familiar with my skin so they can fine tune my next treatment. Dr. Thomas is the best! She is knowledgeable about melanated skin and the types of laser that do and do not work on our skin type.

I seriously could not recommend this place more. After only a few sessions, there was significantly less hair growth. Dr Thomas and Keith are both the nicest people you could ever meet! As a college student, Laser Essential is a less than 10 minute drive off campus, so I recommend this place to any college student! I also get laser all throughout my whole body, and every place has had significantly less growth! 1000/10 !!!

I had a really positive experience. Dr. Thomas and Keith were incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. They showed genuine care and interest in my needs, and I truly appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were whenever I needed to adjust my schedule. Throughout my sessions, I felt well taken care of, which made a big difference. I am happy with my results so far, and while I wish I had been more consistent with attending my appointments, I can still see the progress. I am definitely considering coming back for additional sessions. Overall, a warm, professional, and supportive experience—I would recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal.
