Ice Cream Jubilee - College Park

Located at the edge of the UMD campus, it's in a fun/lively area to walk and eat, or grab outdoor seating. The lobby is small, with a larger sitting area connected. The scoops are a bit pricey, but as expected in College Park. I got the Flight, which includes 5 decent size scoops for just under $13. Toppings cost extra, except Sprinkles which we're good quality, not waxy.

Good afternoon, I’m a new and first time customer at your store in College Park. Today after work, I went with my friend to try your ice cream. They were the best (ube and mango sticky rice flavors). Being an Asian I can tell the creaminess of the two flavors my friend and I got. However, while the tastes were good, the servings were unfortunately disappointing!!! We ordered two scoops in each cone and each scoop were not even “a scoop” of an ice cream. I have attached pictures of what we ordered here. And the cones were not even placed in its cone sleeve! Oh and the server wasn’t as friendly and welcoming. And paying almost $25 of two cones of ice cream is insane!

I recently went Jubilee in College Park while on a stop @ the Trader Joe’s located across the street. I’ve been a fan of Jubilee ice cream since they first launched a few years ago, so when I noticed they’d opened this location, I had to stop in and check it out. I was so glad that I did. In addition to their regular flavor menu, they were offering a special ice cream tasting flight, for a limited time only, in honor of Lunar New Year, where you could select 5 scoops for $10. Unfortunately the mango sticky rice ice cream that I wanted to try was sold out and the Thai Iced Tea was ok, but not my preference. I opted to go with the mango and the passion fruit guava and the banana bourbon caramel. My favorite was the mango sorbet smooth with a nice ripe mango flavor! The passionfruit guava sorbet was good, but not as smooth as the mango. Their flavor offering is pretty good. There’s the Marionberry flavor; a strawberry matcha latte flavor, which is one of the special flavors for Lunar New Year. Ice Cream Jubilee also offers curated sundaes with unique flavor combinations like a Lunar New Year Boba, chocolate toffee brownie and moms favorite, which is the banana bourbon caramel ice cream topped with butter cookie crumble, whipped cream and chocolate sauce. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a paid parking garage located across the street. There are a few Ice Cream Jubilee locations throughout the DMV area. What flavors would you pick for your tasting flight? What would be your ideal curated sundae?

Lots of interesting and unique flavors. My personal favorites are Caramel Stroopwaffle and Coffee Toffee. Great customer service and cozy atmosphere. Would 100% recommend for nearby ice cream spots!

I stopped by Ice Cream Jubilee earlier today! I’ve tried them before at their DC location, but I didn’t even know they had a spot this close to me! I had to go with a classic mango sorbet in a waffle cone, and it did not disappoint—still as amazing and flavorful as I remember. The staff was super friendly too! My son and I both loved the mango sorbet, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
