Aisha BlackstockWhen we first arrived we noticed how nice the hotel was from the outside and the giant IKEA right next door that's really cool to have. Also the little shopping centers right across from the hotel has a lot of amenities, and food, and just a cool vibe from the people. The hotel staff was nice, and the maintenance guys were Great! They helped us out when we had an issue with our room, and helped us get settled into our other room when we had to make a switch. Great Guys thank y'all so much for that. Didn't catch there names, but it was two young hispanic guys with dark hair, very nice men. Overall we had a good stay. The floors with the rooms was quiet. They had a good Bar/Lounge downstairs on the main floor with Live Music and Food and Drinks. Great atmosphere overall. We would stay there again when passing through the Maryland area. Also they had a WaWa next door which I have heard of my spouse and I, but we had never been in. You can literally walk to it because it's on sight, and is like a Minute Walk super close. They also have plenty of charging stations for those of you with electric cars. Plenty of parking, and special parking for members in different tiers. They could use more handicap parking near the front entrance though, that was really lacking. Also some veteran parking would be nice, because I am a Disabled Military Veteran.

KevinLeland25You know one thing about the phone and not being knowledgeable on subjects it can sometimes cause people not to see things clear. Michele the AGM was beyond professional and knowledgeable when speaking about a subject and educated me. I appreciate her ability to make my stay at the holiday inn express comfortable and cozy!

Becky BDefinitely the worst stay we've had here. I understand it's very hot outside so the hotel is conserving energy by keeping the thermostat at 73, but it's not tolerable there is no where for the air to circulate. The maintenance guy told us that from 115 to 815pm is the energy saving time. It's well after 815pm and it's still uncomfortable.

BCSThe check in was smooth and the receptionists were friendly. In my room the hot water for the shower was installed backwards. There was also no bar of soap provided. The breakfast was good, but having to pay $20 extra for it was a bit of a put off.
