Austin GraffClose to IKEA, this location is very convenient. However, when I went, the staff left for an hour randomly.

Henry KilburnTop notch customer service! Went to this location (when I meant to go to one that opens at 8 am) and saw it was closed. I had to get to the door before I realized I was at the wrong store and they opened at 9 am. As I'm walking back to my car, the woman who worked there was walking down the sidewalk and stopped me asking if I was dropping off a package. I said "yes, but I thought you opened at 8." She told me that they open at 9, but she could take my package so I don't have to wait around for 30 minutes. Since I didn't need a receipt, I gave it to her. Usually, stores tell me they'll be happy to help once they open even if it's something as simple as dropping a package off. This woman save me time and an extra trip and that's very appreciated! I figure, if people can trash a company for 1 thing, they should also receive praise for 1 thing too. I just wish I got the woman's name to give her a proper shout out.
