Elizabeth HorneThe best experience ever renting a car. I booked online with very little heads up. The car was there and ready for me. The person helping me was engaging and helpful. The people in the store acknowledged every person that came in, which was so nice because things got busy, but they were still able to communicate with incoming people. The person, X, who brought out the car and walked it with me was friendly, answered questions, asked if I needed any help figuring out the car, etc. And it was raining and he was patient as ever. Even bringing it back, which I did late (I extended online also), the woman helping me was fast, thorough, and also checked in on my experience. I was seriously impressed!

M MaxwellWe had to rent a car because another car rental in CP didn't have a car, although I had reserved one for that morning. The customer service was great and were able to deal with using a debit card (we're local) so we could have a car for a planned road trip. Kenneth was excellent and I really appreciated working with him. My only regret was not realizing there was a key drop box which meant we could have dropped off the car on Sunday evening (closed on Sunday) instead of Monday morning. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again.

Delaine HoltI hate renting cars 😂. Too damn expensive 😳😂😂 I had no choice at this moment though… My car was involved in a hit and run so I needed wheels for my daily morning commute. I encountered Kenneth (Mr. Kenny) upon my arrival. Very respectful, very knowledgeable, very patient. I was in an irritable mood but he remained professional and helpful. Drop off was cool. Kenny was there smiling as usual. Overall, I was happy with the experience. Customer service was on point. Quality of vehicle, not so much!

21toesshoestoosmallI recently rented from the 9321 Baltimore Ave location in College Park and had a great experience. At first glance, you’re not quite sure what to expect, but the space was clean, organized, and had several vehicles available to choose from. I had originally reserved a larger truck, but when I mentioned feeling a little intimidated by the size, Kenneth immediately suggested an option that was a better fit for me and he was absolutely right. It made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He managed a full room of customers with professionalism and calm, acknowledged everyone, addressed wait times proactively, and stayed attentive throughout. It’s rare to see that level of composure and customer care. They’re also open until 6pm, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend this location for your car rental needs.
