Nathan HauserDistrict Flooring Depot exceeded expectations at every stage of our project. Ella handled the planning, scheduling, and payment process with efficiency and professionalism, making it easy from day one. Mario’s onsite measurement visit stood out for its honesty and clarity — he gave us a realistic picture of what to expect without any sales fluff, which we truly appreciated. The installation team then brought it all home with exceptional execution and a finished product that speaks for itself. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend District Flooring Depot to anyone looking for quality flooring done right.

Alex MartinezDistrict Floor Depot did an awesome job installing my wood floors. I used them about five years ago to install flooring in the living room and walk spaces but not the bedrooms. I called them to see if they could install the same wood in my bedrooms a few weeks ago. The wood that was installed five years ago was discontinued, but Ella w/DFD was able to find the exact wood. Mario and his installation team did an awesome job with installation, insuring that the new flooring would match the existing. I would highly recommend them for your next flooring job. Thanks Alex M

Emma RindelsI had a wonderful experience with District Floor Depot. They originally worked with our home’s builder on the wood flooring several years ago, and when we recently needed repairs for damaged wood, they not only remembered the project but still had all of the details on the original flooring. As a new homeowner without the full history of the house, that was such a huge relief. Their team was responsive and incredibly efficient. The repair was done beautifully, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Just as importantly, the pricing was fair and affordable. It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer care so well. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone in Washington, D.C. looking for flooring expertise or repairs.

Samantha WyattDistrict Floor Depot completely transformed our home. We bought a house with floors so dark and ugly that our realtor and inspector questioned whether they were even real hardwood. Mario knew immediately that they were—and he was right. Ever and his crew worked incredibly hard to remove layers of stubborn old stain and reveal the most beautiful hardwood underneath. The craftsmanship is outstanding. They are true professionals who take immense pride in their work, communicate clearly, and pay attention to every detail. They even made custom vent covers that perfectly match the floors and make them look even better. We truly feel like they gave us a brand‑new house. I cannot recommend District Floor Depot highly enough.

Blue MountainWas looking for specific limited grain luxury vinyl flooring that does conflict with a highly patterned wood wall. Received excellent Service from Ella! It was easy to borrow samples, unlike many other stores. Finding unique flooring options, ordering and delivery/pick up is very customer-centric--surprising for a little store in DC. I definitely recommend, if you can get Ella to help.
