Spitt Eastwood"NICE"❕❕❕ "Really GOOD Customer Service", and a pretty DOPE Job overall with everything I Specifically/Personally expressed and requested for my Bmx Bike❕🤘🏾 I was also able to Pick my bike back Up in No Time!✊🏾 I was quite Skeptical about the shop, because I didn't really See or Know whether or not if they specialized in any Bmx Freestyle type of bikes...because other places I checked "Didn't" do Bmx.🤷🏾♂️ I'm Planning on bringin' my bike back, cause I need some things Adjusted, Tuned-Up, etc... "I DEFinitely RECOMMEND this spot"❕✊🏾🫡

Will RobinsonHighly recommend this local bike shop! The owner and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and make shopping a fun and pressure free experience. So glad I went to a store versus buying online. Bonus is they are right next to a great bike path so test rides can be actual tests, not circles around a parking lot. Ended up buying an X-Lab RS5 from them, they didn't try to upsale me and got me just what I needed at a good value that includes free tuneups!

robert westwe rented bikes for 24 hours and when we went in, we got brand new bike bikes, fully charged. He took brand new helmets out of the box and handed them to us. very helpful and a very reasonable price for a 24 hour rental thank you very much

May PiekarskiAmazing experience! I discovered the shop because they are the only dealer anywhere in the area who brought in X-Lab. They texted with me to answer all my questions before I came in, sometimes even outside of business hours, because I didn't want to take the long Metro ride on my tight schedule if the bike wouldn't work for me. Come to find out the owner was personally helping me even while out with the flu! In person I worked primarily with Doug. He is an absolute rock star. He balances every customer service need, especially for something personally specific as an ebike, all while operating a ybamically busy environment. He was calm and even keeled yet still demonstrated a sense of urgency. He actively listened and provided sage advice without being pushy. Historically my experience at bike shops since Hudson Trail closed have been very stressful, but he made it a breeze. 30 day testing period is also immaculate. I have chronic neck issues and truly can't know from a short test ride if a bike will work for me. What a gift. Prices are fair, location is convenient by car or metro, and while ebike options are limited to maybe 6 brands, they are well curated and can order other things. Analog bike selection is larger. They have everything from well-loved used to shiny new high-end road, mountain, and racing bicycles. Honorable mention also to Carolyn for her calmness and superb communication, and to Cesar for being approachable and straight forward. 10 stars.

Dean XuI had a minor crash and needed a spoke replaced. The repair was completed quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this shop. The owner, Marden, is a nice guy—friendly and always willing to help. The shop also organizes Sunday group rides, and the groups are welcoming and enjoyable.
