Colin HVery beautiful station. The fact that the purple line will be stopping at this station in the future is an added plus. The only negative about this station is that it is so far from UMD. Be prepared for a long walk or you will need the bus to get to campus.

Christopher MartinThis is probably my second most used metro station overall and it's a pretty good one. It's always very clean, signage is good and customer service is top notch. The bus loop was semi-recently redone to make way for the purple line. When it reopened a few years ago it adopted digital displays for most routes (save the P37 and FDA shuttle), new greenery and better drainage. Now it's one of the most modern bus loops in the system, especially for a station that wasn't built recently. Overall I love this station, I just wish that one day we could get a metro line on Route 1 serving UMD directly. The shuttle buses can get very crowded and that whole corridor is going up fast with tons of new housing and restaurants opening almost every month. It would definitely see plenty of ridership but unfortunately even the BOS studies that bring a new Metro line up here all feed back into the old alignment. Metro leadership if you're listening, don't make the same mistake twice and place the Metro line a mile from campus. Put it on route 1, ideally as a subway.

Sumedh TirodkarThis is the metro station to access the University of Maryland, College Park. Beware when you park your e-scooter around as there are thieves roaming around sometimes. The metro elevators smell.
