Pedro Marin 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★For those looking for the Real Contemporary Venezuelan Food treat, this is “the place” in the DMV. Simple, tasty, rich flavors and season of the Venezuelan cuisine, but not a fancy gastronomic experience, just a real everyday local food taste. Pabellón Criollo, Asado Negro, Our unique Venezuelan empanadas (different than the rest of all other Central & South American also good empanadas)… with the exception of the one and only ‘Baby Shark Tail” Margarita Island Empanada! Top that with the personal excellence of the charming courtesy of the staff’s service. A team of Venezuelans, Colombian , Salvadorian and other selected Central American caregivers personally selected and trained by “Ali”, the Leader of this successful enterprise: “ArepaZone”..!!

K Pin 5 out of 5 stars★★★★★Great place with delicious food. Ordered the arepa trio (pork, chicken, and beef), beef bowl. The staff was friendly and portions were generous. A beautifully appointed bar stocked with top shelf liquors. You can tell they take pride in their cocktails. The owner, Gabi, was welcoming and helpful guiding my daughter and I through our first experience with Venezuelan cuisine. Highly recommend, this will be our new go-to neighborhood restaurant.

Adam Lee 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆This was a joyful evening with dinner in downtown College Park. There was no street parking available, so had to drive down to the building parking garage. It located across one block on the ground floor that had glass walls. It had a full bar and also a small mart of merchandise. The decoration was modern. There were tables with chairs and coffee tables with sofas. The cocktail La Guavabita was well prepared to begin the meals. The food dishes were slightly dry. The desserts were as expected.

Yinzú Nairouz 4 out of 5 stars★★★★☆Arepa Zone's new location in College Park is great. This Venezuelan fast-casual spot is serving up authentic arepas, cachapas, and empanadas that are sure to satisfy. The restaurant's vibe is chill, making it perfect for college students to study or grab a bite with friends. They also have beers and Latino-inspired cocktails in this location. I hope they integrate later mocktails also in their menu to satisfy all tastes and ages. The menu features a variety of fillings, including meat, cheese, and vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, a small market inside selling Venezuelan and Latino goodies (games, books, sweets…). Arepas are an amazing gluten-free option. Located in the ground level (fully accessible) of an apartment complex, Arepa Zone is a great addition to College Park's dining scene. They're bringing a taste of Venezuela to the area and aiming to become a neighborhood hub. Parking garage is available nearby and also there is always street parking available around. The music was Latino at some point during my visit.
